Physical therapy is used to improve a patient's quality of life through examination, diagnosis, prognosis, physical intervention, and patient education. It is performed by physical therapists (known as physiotherapists in many countries).
In addition to clinical practice, other activities encompassed in the physical therapy profession include research, education, consultation and administration. Physical therapy services may be provided as primary care treatment or alongside, or in conjunction with, other medical services.
Modern physical therapy was established towards the end of the 19th century due to events that had an effect on a global scale, which called for rapid advances in physical therapy. Soon following American orthopedic surgeons began treating children with disabilities and began employing women trained in physical education, and remedial exercise. These treatments were applied and promoted further during the Polio outbreak of 1916. During the First World War, women were recruited to work with and restore physical function to injured soldiers, and the field of physical therapy was institutionalized. Most countries have licensing bodies that require physical therapists to be a member of before they can start practicing as independent professionals
Canada.
Canadian physiotherapy programs are offered at 15 universities, often through the university's respective college of medicine. Each of Canada's physical therapy schools has transitioned from 3-year Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy (BScPT) programs that required 2 years of prerequisite university courses (5-year bachelor's degree) to 2-year Master's of Physical Therapy (MPT) programs that require prerequisite bachelor's degrees. The last Canadian university to follow suit was the University of Manitoba which transitioned to the MPT program in 2012, making the MPT credential the new entry to practice standard across Canada. A study from 2013 states that 56.4% of physical therapists were globally satisfied with their jobs. Salary, interest in work, and fulfillment in job are important predictors of job satisfaction. In a Polish study, job burnout among the physical therapists was manifested by increased emotional exhaustion and decreased sense of personal achievement.Emotional exhaustion is significantly higher among physical therapists working with adults and employed in hospitals. Other factors that increased burnout include working in a hospital setting and having seniority from 15 to 19 years
Specialty areas.
The body of knowledge of physical therapy is large, and therefore physical therapists may specialize in a specific clinical area. While there are many different types of physical therapy, the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties lists nine current specialist certifications, the ninth, Oncology, pending for its first examination in 2019. Most Physical Therapists practicing in a specialty will have undergone further training, such as an accredited residency program, although individuals are currently able to sit for their specialist examination after 2,000 hours of focused practice in their respective specialty population, in addition to requirements set by each respective specialty board
Geriatric.
Geriatric physical therapy covers a wide area of issues concerning people as they go through normal adult aging but is usually focused on the older adult. The work done by physical therapists in the integumentary specialty do work similar to what would be done by medical doctors or nurses in the emergency room or triage.

Neurological.

Neurological physical therapy is a field focused on working with individuals who have a neurological disorder or disease. These can include stroke, chronic back pain, Alzheimer's disease, Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease (CMT)ALS, brain injury, cerebral palsymultiple sclerosisParkinson's diseasefacial palsy and spinal cord injury. Common impairments associated with neurologic conditions include impairments of vision, balance, ambulation, activities of daily living, movement, muscle strength and loss of functional independence. The techniques involve in neurological physical therapy are wide-ranging and often require specialized training.
Neurological physiotherapy is also called neurophysiotherapy or neurological rehabilitation.
Orthopedic.
Orthopedic physical therapists diagnose, manage, and treat disorders and injuries of the musculoskeletal system including rehabilitation after orthopedic surgery. acute trauma such as sprains, strains, injuries of insidious onset such as tendinopathy, bursitis and deformities like scoliosis. This speciality of physical therapy is most often found in the out-patient clinical setting. Orthopedic therapists are trained in the treatment of post-operative orthopedic procedures, fractures, acute sports injuries, arthritis, sprains, strains, back and neck pain, spinal conditions, and amputations.
Joint and spine mobilization/manipulation, dry needling (similar to acupuncture), therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular techniques, muscle reeducation, hot/cold packs, and electrical muscle stimulation (e.g., cryotherapyiontophoresiselectrotherapy) are modalities employed to expedite recovery in the orthopedic setting. Additionally, an emerging adjunct to diagnosis and treatment is the use of sonography for diagnosis and to guide treatments such as muscle retraining. Those who have suffered injury or disease affecting the muscles, bones, ligaments, or tendons will benefit from assessment by a physical therapist specialized in orthopedics.
Pediatric.
Pediatric physical therapy assists in early detection of health problems and uses a variety of modalities to provide physical therapy for disorders in the pediatric population. These therapists are specialized in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of infants, children, and adolescents with a variety of congenital, developmental, neuromuscular, skeletal, or acquired disorders/diseases. Treatments focus mainly on improving gross and fine motor skillsbalance and coordination, strength and endurance as well as cognitive and sensory processing/integration.
 Sports.
Physical therapists are closely involved in the care and wellbeing of athletes including recreational, semi-professional (paid) and professional (full-time employment) participants. This area of practice encompasses athletic injury management under 5 main categories:
1.    acute care – assessment and diagnosis of an initial injury;
2.    treatment – application of specialist advice and techniques to encourage healing;
3.    rehabilitation – progressive management for full return to sport;
4.    prevention – identification and address of deficiencies known to directly result in, or act as precursors to injury, such as movement assessment
5.    education – sharing of specialist knowledge to individual athletes, teams or clubs to assist in prevention or management of injury
Physical therapists who work for professional sport teams often have a specialized sports certification issued through their national registering organisation. Most Physical therapists who practice in a sporting environment are also active in collaborative sports medicine programs too (See also: athletic trainers
Women.
Women's health physical therapy mostly addresses women's issues related to the female reproductive system, child birth, and post-partum. These conditions include lymphedema, osteoporosis, pelvic pain, prenatal and post-partum periods, and urinary incontinence. It also addresses incontinence, pelvic pain, and other disorders associated with pelvic floor dysfunction. Manual physical therapy has been demonstrated in multiple studies to increase rates of conception in women with infertility
Back pain treatment.
Physiotherapy is scientifically proven to be one of the most effective ways to treat and prevent pain and injury. It strengthens muscles and improves function.
It not only reduces or removes pain for a short time, but also reduces the risk for future back-pain re-occurrence. Based on the particular diagnosis, varied methods are practiced by physiotherapists to treat patients. They may follow pain management program, which helps get rid of inflammation and swelling for some.
Physical therapist–patient collaborative relationship.
A systematic review that included patients with brain injury, musculoskeletal conditions, cardiac conditions, or multiple pathologies found that the alliance between patient and therapist positively correlates with treatment outcome. Outcomes includes: ability to perform activities of daily living, manage pain, complete specific physical function tasks, depression, global assessment of physical health, treatment adherence, and treatment satisfaction.
Studies have explored four themes that may influence patient–therapist interactions: interpersonal and communication skills, practical skills, individualized patient-centered care, and organizational and environmental factors. Physical therapists need to be able to effectively communicate with their patients on a variety of levels. Patients have varying levels of health literacy so it is important for physical therapists to take that into account when discussing the patient's ailments as well as planned treatment. Research has shown that using communication tools tailored to the patient's health literacy leads to improved engagement with their practitioner and their clinical care. In addition, patients reported that shared decision-making will yield a positive relationship Practical skills such as the ability to educate patients about their conditions, and professional expertise are perceived as valuable factors in patient care. Patients value the ability of a clinician to provide clear and simple explanations about their problems. Furthermore, patients value when physical therapists possess excellent technical skills that improve the patient effectively.
Environmental factors such as the location, equipment used, and parking are less important to the patient than the physical therapy clinical encounter itself.
Based on the current understanding, the most important factors that contribute to the patient–therapist interactions include that the physical therapist: spends an adequate amount of time with the patient, possesses strong listening and communication skills, treats the patient with respect, provides clear explanations of the treatment, and allows the patient to be involved in the treatment decisions.

Hello friends, today we are talking about.to Sawmi Vivekanand

Biography.
Swami Vivekananda (Bengali: Swami Vivekananda) (born January 12, 1863 - death: 4 July, 1902) was a noted and influential spiritual master of Vedanta. His real name was Narendranath Dutt. He represented Sanatan Dharma on behalf of India in World Congress General Assembly organized in 1892 in Chicago-based United States. The Vedanta philosophy of India's spirituality is accessible only by the speech of Swami Vivekananda in every country of America and Europe. He founded the Ramakrishna Mission, which is still doing its work today. He was a capable disciple of Ramkrishna Paramahansa. He is known primarily for his speech with the "my American brothers and sisters". This first sentence of his address won everyone's heart.

Born in an elite Bengali family of Calcutta, Vivekananda was inclined towards spirituality. He was very impressed with his Guru Ramkrishna Dev, from whom he learned that all the creatures are an incarnation of God; Therefore, the service of the human beings can also be served by God. After Ramkrishna's death, Vivekananda traveled extensively on the Indian subcontinent and acquired the first hand knowledge of current conditions in British India. later he went to America to participate in the world parliament of religions in 1893. Vivekananda spread the principles of Hindu philosophy in the United States, England and Europe, organized hundreds of public and private lectures. In India, Vivekananda is considered as a patriotic saint and his birthday is celebrated as National Youth Day.

Birth and childhood.
Swami Vivekananda was born on January 12, 1863 (according to scholars, Makar Sankranti Sansvat 1 9 20) in a Kayastha family in Calcutta. His childhood name was Narendranath Dutt. Pita Viswanath Dutt was a famous advocate of the Calcutta High Court. Durgacharan Datta, (Narendra's grandfather) was a Sanskrit and Persian scholar, he left his family at the age of 25 and became a monk. His mother Bhuvaneshwari Devi was a woman of religious views. Most of his time spent in worshiping Lord Shiva. Narendra's father and his mother's religious, progressive and rational attitude helped shape their thinking and personality. From his childhood, Narendra was very naughty in the most intelligent wisdom. With their companions, they misbehaved with their teachers and did not miss the mischief even with their teachers. The influence of the religious and spiritual environment of the family, in the mind of Balendra Narendran from the childhood, the sacrament of religion and spirituality became deep. Due to the parents' religious rituals and religious environment, in child's mind, from childhood, they started to have the desire to know God and receive it. In the eagerness to know about God, sometimes he used to ask such questions that his parents and narrator Panditji used to go through a whirl

Education.
In 1871, at the age of eighteen, Narendranath enrolled at the Metropolitan Institute of Ishwar Chandra Vidyasagar, where he went to school. In 1877, his family went to Raipur. In 1879, after the return of his family in Calcutta, he was the only student who received first division marks in the presidency college entrance examination.
He was an enthusiastic reader of topics including philosophy, religion, history, social science, art and literature. Apart from his Vedas, Upanishads, Bhagavad Gita, Ramayana, Mahabharata and Puranas, there was deep interest in many Hindu scriptures. Narendra was trained in Indian classical music, and used to regularly attend physical exercises and sports. Narendra studied western logic, Western philosophy and European history at the General Assembly Institute (now Scottish Church College). In 1881, he passed the Fine Arts Examination and completed the Bachelor of Arts degree in 1884.
Narendra studied the works of David Hume, Emmanuel Kant, Johann Gottlib Fitch, Baruch Spinoza, George W.H. Hazel, Arthur Scoopinher, August Comte, John Stuart Mill and Charles Darwin. He translated Spencer's book Education (1860) into Bengali. These were fascinated by Herbert Spencer's evolution. Along with the studies of Western philosophers, he also learned Sanskrit texts and Bengali literature. William Hasty (Principal of the General Assembly Institute) wrote, "Narendra is really a genius. I have traveled in very wide and large areas but none of the talented talents like him have seen anywhere, even in philosophical students of German universities also no."Many times he has also been called Shrutidhar (a person with extraordinary memory)

Loyalty.
Once a disciple foiled Naush-Bho, showing hatred and inaction in Gurudev's service. Seeing this, Vivekananda got angry. He used to teach his teacher the lesson of the service and throwing a spit full of blood, cuff, etc., towards his bed showing his love for each and every object of Gurudev. With such an exemplary devotion and devotion to the Guru, they can serve the best of their Guru's body and their divine ideals.
Vivekananda was a great dreamer. They conceived a society in which there is no difference between man and man on the basis of religion or caste. They kept the principles of Vedanti in this form. Even without having a dispute about spirituality vs. materialism, it can be said that the intellectual basis of the whole can hardly be found in the basis of the principle of Samata given by Vivekananda. Vivekananda had great hopes from young people. The life of this proud ascetic is an ideal for today's youth. His grandfather's name was Shri Nandlal Basu

Vivekananda's contribution and importance.
In the short life of forty-nine years Swami Vivekananda, who has worked, will continue to guide generations for many centuries.
At the age of thirty, Swami Vivekananda represented Hindu religion in Chicago, America's World Religious Conference and made it universal. Gurudev Rabindranath Thakur once said, "If you want to know India, then read Vivekananda, you will find everything positive, nothing negative."
Roma Rolan had said about them - "It is impossible to imagine being second to them, wherever they went, they were the first to stay." Everyone used to refer to their leader in them. They were God's representatives and got dominion over them. Once in the Himalayas, an unknown traveler stopped watching him and wondered, 'Shiva!' It would have been like this to give the person's grace Your name written on their foreheads. "
They were not only saints, but also great patriots, speakers, thinkers, writers and human beings. After returning from the United States, he called upon the countrymen: "The new India came out of the store of cobbler, with a scream of flame, from factory, from the market, from the market, from the bushes, forests, mountains and mountains." And the public answered Swamiji's call. She got out with pride The public support that Gandadhi got in the fight for independence was the result of the call of Vivekananda. Thus, he became the source of a major inspiration for the Indian freedom struggle. He believed that the sacred India is a pure land of religion and philosophy. This is where great sages and great sages have been born, this is the land of renunciation and renunciation, and here only - from here and there till today, the door to the highest standard of life and freedom is open for humans. His statement - "Rise up, wake up, wake up yourself, wake up yourself, make your male birth successful and do not wait until the goal is achieved." In the last years of the nineteenth century, Vivekananda was almost through armed or violent revolution. They also wanted to liberate the country. But he soon realized that the circumstances are not mature enough for those intentions. After this, Vivekananda followed the policy of 'Ekla Chalo' and scribbled India and the world as a Parivrajak

Conference speech.

My American brothers and sisters!
My heart is full of indescribable joy while standing up for gratitude towards the cordiality and affection you have welcomed to people. I thank you on behalf of the oldest tradition of sannyasis in the world; Thanks to the Mother of religions; And also thanks to the number of Hindus from all the cultures and religions.
I also thank the speakers who spoke on this forum, while mentioning the representatives of Prachari who told you that those people from far away countries can claim the pride of promoting the spirit of tolerance in different countries. . I feel proud to be a follower of a religion who has taught the world both tolerance and universal acceptance. We do not believe in tolerance only to all religions, but accept all religions as true. I am proud to be a person of a country who has sheltered the oppressors and refugees from all the religions and countries of this earth. I am proud to tell you that we had placed the purest residue of the Jews in our breasts who came to South India and took refuge in the year in which their holy temple was mixed with dust from the Roman atrocities. I feel proud to be a follower of such religion, who has sheltered the residual part of the great ascetic caste and which he has been following till now. Brothers, I will tell you some lines of a psalm, whose frequency I am from childhood and whose frequency is performed by millions of people every day

Trips.
At the age of 25, Narendra had wear garuda clothes. After that he traveled all over India on foot. In 1893, there was a World Council of Religions in Chicago (USA). Swami Vivekananda reached in the form of a representative of India. The people of the Europeans-at that time looked at the underworldly Indians very inferior. There people tried so much that Swami Vivekananda did not get the time to speak in the Universal Council. But with the effort of an American professor, he found little time. All scholars were amazed at hearing his views in that council. Then he was highly welcomed in America. There he became a big community of his devotees. He lived in the United States for three years and provided the wonderful light of Indian philosophy to the people there. Looking at his oratory and knowledge, the media there named him Cyclonic Hindu. "Without Spirituality and Indian philosophy, the world will become orphans." It was Swami Vivekananda's conviction. In America he established several branches of the Ramakrishna Mission. Many American scholars accepted their disciple. They always address themselves as servants of poor. He always tried to brighten India's pride in country and longevity.

Vivekananda's education philosophy.
Promoted by Swami Vivekananda Macaulay and against the prevailing English system of education at the time, because the purpose of this education was to increase the number of Babus only. He wanted education that would lead to the overall development of the child. The aim of education of the child is to make him self-reliant and set him on his feet. Swami Vivekananda has termed the prevailing education as 'prohibitive education', that you consider educating a person who has passed some exams and who can give good speeches, but the reality is that the education which is a life struggle , Which does not create a character which does not develop a sense of social service and can not produce courage like a lion, such a shi What are the benefits of Rsha?
Swamiji, therefore, was not in favor of theoretical education, they used practical education to be useful to the individual. The person's education prepares him for the future, so it is important to have elements in education that are important for his future. In the words of Swami Vivekananda,
You have to be practical in all areas of the work. The heaps of the principles have destroyed the whole country.
Swamiji wants to prepare both the temporal and transcendental life through education for life. In relation to education from the temporal perspective, he said that "we need such education, that the character is formed, the strength of the mind increases, the development of the intellect and the person becomes self-reliant." In the supernatural terms, he has said that 'education is an expression of inherent perfection of man

GooD Thought.

1 knowledge is automatically present, man only invents it
2 First, achieve complete immortality, then you can limit yourself to desire. Use all your power in   every task.
3 Do not stop, do not find - Wait for God to do whatever you want, this is my reasoning
4 Keep up with strength and confidence. True loyalty, be holy and clean, and do not interfere among   yourselves. Our race is jealous.
5 Children, as long as there is enthusiasm in the heart and faith in the Guru and God - these three   things will remain - till then no one can suppress you. I am experiencing the development of power     in my heart day by day. Hey brave boys, keep working.
6 Blessed are those people whose bodies are destroyed in serving others.
7 The day you face no problems - you can be sure that you are traveling on the wrong road.
8 Do one thing at a time, and when doing so, put your whole soul in it and forget everything else.
9 External nature is only a great form of inner nature.
10 The person has attained immortality, which is not disturbed by any worldly object.
11 In a word, it is ideal that you are divine.
12 Be alone, stay alone. The one who lives alone is not opposed to anyone, he does not dissolve anybody's peace, nor does another dissolve his peace.
13 This is the world! If you do anybody's favor, then people will not give him any importance, but as soon as you renounce that work, they will not hesitate to prove you a bastard instantly (not God). A passionate person like me is constantly stolen by his family members

The death.
Vivekananda is famous in the world of fame and comprehension of lectures. On the last day of his life, he interpreted Shukla Yajurveda and said, "One more Vivekananda should be, to understand what this Vivekananda has done so far." According to his disciples, on the last day of his life, on July 4, 1902, he did not change the routine of meditating, and he meditated for two to three hours and took meditating in the meditating state of his Brahmandra. His funeral was done on Chandan pita on the Gangetic coast in Belur. On the other side of this Gangetic coast was the last rites of his Guru Ramkrishna Paramahansa sixteen years ago.
His disciples and followers built a temple there in their memory and established more than 130 centers to spread the message of Vivekananda and his Guru Ramkrishna in the entire world.

Hello everyone, you are welcome to my Makes Some New.blog.com website

Hello friends, today we are talking about most tourism place in Mainpat ,Ambikapur Sarguga District, chhattisgarh.

Shimla in Chhattisgarh.

 Mainpat.(मैनपाट).
Mainpat is a small village in the Surguja district in the northern part of the state of Chhattisgarh, India. Lying about 55 kilometres (34 mi) by road from Ambikapur, the hill station features the Tiger Point WaterfallFish Point Waterfall, Anmol Hotel and Resort.
Mainpat is known as the "Shimla/Swiss of Chhattisgarh" and is a popular tourist attraction. It is also home to a number of Tibetan religious exiles who worship at a temple dedicated to Buddha and manufacture designer mats as well as woolen cloth.
Recently, the village has been developed infrastructure like road & some guest houses the best being Anmol resort and Restaurant and government rest house Shaila. Here one can easily find Mercury hotel which is having a lot of adventurous sports like Trekking, Zorbing Ball, Rapling etc. Fields remain covered with yellow and white crops, giving the beautiful scenery. And dated today, the roads can be compared to best you will get anywhere. With the help of state & union central govt assistance,
The Mantri & state politicians should quickly do more focusses upon the village electricity conditions, some building up of good hotels & shops, etc. So far, the very poor roads & electricity of the village are the two chief concerns. Observing the present road conditions, still more weathered perennial roads should be made esp. inside the layers of village. Consequently, very soon, the Mainpat village will become the real beautiful & one of the major tourist spots of the state. There is a unique place in a village called Bisar Paani    (5 KM before mainpat on right side of road going from ambikapur to mainpat) where water flows upstream. Villagers have made a cannal for watering and water flows upward 30 ft on its own. No device and no scientific explanation could be found.
The village was traditionally home to the Yadavs and tribes including the Manjhi.

 Mainpat.

It is a hill station (1100 meters above MSL), 45 Kms from Ambikapur located atop a beautiful plateau in Sarguja district of Chhattisgarh. This place is a home for Tibetan migrants since last five decades (post Chinese annexation of Tibet in 1959). Their population has now reduced to around 2000. Most of them weave woolen carpets and mats to earn their living. The population consists of Yadavs, Manjhi, Manjhwar, Kanwars. Ponda and Korwa (so called descendants oKauravs and Pandavs of Mahabharat Era) also live here. Annual carnival is held here with great pomp and show.

Mainpat Jaljali.
mainpat jaljali where jumping lands on the ground in the Jalajali areaSarguja In Manpatt, which is called Shimla in Chhattisgarh, there is such a land that shakes without earthquake. In the Jajaljali river, the earth gets stuck and it rises back upwards like a ball. The ground is such that people bounce and shakes like a sponge. Sailors who came to see this game of nature continue to jump like a child for some time. The secret is made

According to local people, there must have been a water source; Which dried up over time, and the ground was left swampy.
According to gyoscientist Dr. Ninaad Bodhankar, this is an example of a technical term 'Liquify'. Liquiffection indicates that earthquake-like effects may also come here.
Bodonkar said that after the earthquake in Jabalpur in 1997, such a swamp area was built in the area of Hoshangabad Narmada. But what is the reason for its execution should be detected.
There is also a theory that the internal pressure of the earth and the por space (empty space) is filled with water instead of solid, hence it seems rather swampy and spongy.

Clouds come in the mountains
Jaljali river is only a few km away from the beautiful Saila resort of Chhattisgarh tourism. The edge of the river is covered with green grass.
Tourist spots 75 km from Mannat Ambikapur Nagar, which is also known as the former Sarguja, Vitthur. Is located at a distance.
Ambikapur is the coldest city in the state of Chhattisgarh. There is also a lot of coolness in Manpatt, which is why it is called Shimla of Chhattisgarh.
As soon as Manpath's name comes, the picture of beautiful litigants emerges. Here potato plateau, Shimla beach, Tibetan shelter, Shaking earth, Growing clouds on the ground are seen.
Well, here every night is pleasant, but there is a snow sheet in winter.

This area is called mini Tibet, After the Chinese occupation of Tibet on March 10, 1959, in the five areas of India, Tibetan refugees have built their home and family, there is a manpot. These Tibetans who live in separate camps of Manpath, cultivate Tau, Maize and potatoes here. The monastery of the temple, people, food and culture, everything is similar to Tibet, hence it is also known as Mini Tibet.

§  Tin Tin Pathar.
Tin tin pathar Just 3 Kms from Garima is this astonishing rock which resonates like a Metallic Drum/ Normal Tabla on striking the surface with any object. A great entertaining attraction for children who love singing aloud standing victoriously on the rock.

§   Buddha Temple.
This temple is dedicated to LordBudha and is a symbol of humanity. The art of Buddha Vihars is clearly noticeable in temple carvings and paintings can be appreciated here. The Tibetans have maintained very nicely their vibrant culture and Buddhist flavor drawn out of a mix of  Adivasi culture and Tibetan Buddhistculture. Three Tibetan festivals are yearly celebrated here. They are- The Day of Lord Buddha’s First Speech after Enlightenment, The Day Lord Buddha Returned from Heaven to meet his mother after attaining Nirvana and Dalai Lama’s Birthday.
Driving through the Tibetan colony with multicolored flags fluttering was simply an iconic sight. We were privileged to visit another Temple in pouring rain. We returned to our cottage, went out for a walk to the market and later, after a tasty meal, hit the sack.

Machli Point.
The waterfall (48 metres) on Machali Nadi is a real beauty and worth watching. It is surrounded by jungles and cliffs. The trek to the place where one can bathe in the milky waters is very treacherous. Many fishes can be noticed in the small lagoon formed between rocks.
